Leigh Schonborg-Siegenthaler

Leigh Schonborg-Siegenthaler is a Nashville native who works in accounting at a Financial & Logistics company in Franklin. Leigh also resides in Franklin with her husband Andrew and their 16-year-old son, Mike. Mike has high-functioning Autism, ADHD, and life-threatening food allergies. Leigh knows how necessary it is for Mike to develop his independence, all while safely navigating the world with a disability that others can't see. She also knows the importance of his making his own decisions, instead of feeling like everything is already chosen for him; it is critical for Mike, his development, and his happiness. This belief and hope that our society will embrace & accept Mike and so many like him attracted her to Springboard Landing’s mission.
